Global climate change is becoming more and more serious

so many countries and regions have put forward to the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The traditional tourism model is facing the pressure of transformation due to high carbon emissions

resource consumption and environmental burden

but low-carbon tourism

as a new development model that meets the requirements of the dual carbon goals

can reduce carbon emissions and improve energy efficiency. Therefore

this paper will deeply discuss the innovative development mode of low-carbon tourism and its multi-dimensional impact on the regional economic sustainability under the dual carbon goals
