摘要

Abstract

This paper focuses on whether digital transformation in different segments of manufacturing companies can improve serviced financial and serviced non-financial performance. The 264 valid questionnaires received were empirically analysed. The results show that digital transformation has a significant positive effect on the servitised performance of manufacturing companies. The findings not only enrich the research on digital transformation and servitised performance

but also provide theoretical support on how manufacturing companies drive servitised transformation and upgrading in different dimensions of digital transformation.
