摘要

Abstract

This paper discusses preliminary data from a survey involving 81 students from China in Dongguan city. The paper ends at looking for four main categories. They are students' academic performance

basic information

study attitude

insight towards employment. This Study utilizes a survey research decided where the questionnaire was set by the author to get general overview of the employment inspired career among students in Dongguan. Gather data was then analyze descriptively by looking at the same percentage of frequency.Overall results show that the majority of students choose personal interest as the indicator for their choice. And some students tend to work in position relates to their professional competencies. To conclude this study show a preliminary pattern that students are more likely to choose technical based area compare to social science area.Within the upcoming trend of education

the amounts of students being admitted in undergraduate university is rapidly rising

which also causing the fierce situation of employment.In China

an increasing number of students choose to go further study rather than take up an occupation

which is closely related to the situation. With higher degree

there are more options for them to choose a better job. Thus

it is vital for undergraduate students to enhance their competitiveness so that they can chase for the ideal occupation. The article is searching with undergraduate students as the center

discussing what factors affect their final choices of their work. Within the findings

it will be helpful to discuss how to promote the education as to strength the competitiveness of students.The paper is considered as quantitative research. During the research

the data is collected by questionnaire
