In the era of the intelligent revolution

algorithms have deeply permeated multiple fields. The optimization of their services and efficiency is prone to leading to hazards such as information cocoons and privacy leaks. Therefore

from the perspectives of axiology

social philosophy

and epistemology

this study aims to reconcile algorithm value conflicts

safeguard human subjectivity

compensate for the cognitive limitations of algorithms

and prevent algorithms from deviating from their original intention of serving humanity. In practice

this study constructs a value-embedded algorithm design mechanism to ensure algorithms align with humanistic values

promotes the balance between interpretability and cognitive transparency to bridge the cognitive gap between humans and machines

and establishes a multi-stakeholder governance system to promote governance justice. The three paths can prevent the alienation of algorithms

ensure that algorithms serve humanity

and provide support for the healthy development of algorithms in the intelligent revolution.
