摘要

Abstract

Martial arts education

as an important means of inheriting traditional Chinese culture

currently faces the problems of traditional teaching models neglecting student participation and insufficient learning outcomes. Experiential learning focuses on active student participation and promotes knowledge internalisation and skill mastery through a cycle of concrete experience—reflection and observation—abstract conceptualisation—active practice. This study combines theoretical analysis with middle school martial arts teaching cases to explore the innovative application of experiential learning in martial arts education. It finds that experiential learning significantly enhances students' learning interest

skill mastery

and comprehensive abilities such as teamwork

providing theoretical and practical references for martial arts teaching reform.
