摘要

Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) technologies have brought both opportunities and challenges to promoting the professional development of higher education faculty in the era of digital transformation. This study investigates the implementation strategies and mechanisms for leveraging AI technologies to enhance faculty capacity in private universities. Through a mixed method approach combining literature review

questionnaire survey

in-depth interviews

and case analysis

we explore the status quo

challenges

and potential solutions for AI faculty development. The findings reveal the great potential of AI technologies in enhancing instructional design

curriculum development

and assessment capabilities

while highlighting existing gaps in technology adoption and implementation. Based on these insights

we propose a comprehensive faculty capacity enhancement framework and provide practical recommendations for private universities.
