摘要

Abstract

This study examines the socialized origins of social anxiety among university students

focusing on the multidimensional influences of family

media

and school environments. Employing a mixed-methods approach combining questionnaire and intervie w data

findings reveal: Social media preferences showed a negative correlation with anxiety across most dimensions

though high-preference groups exhibited greater cognitive and affective anxiety and more avoidance coping. Perceived family environment showed no direct correlation with anxiety

suggesting its influence may operate through indirect

long-term processes. Findings indicate social anxiety arises from complex

multi-system interactions

necessitating multi-level interventions including systematic psychological education

social skills training

and family support.
