Abstract

This paper explores gender differences in Science

Technology

Engineering

and Mathematics (STEM) education

focusing on the challenges faced by female students and the opportunities to promote gender equality in these fields. Through a comprehensive review of existing literature and analysis of current data

we identify key barriers to female participation in STEM and propose strategies to overcome these obstacles. The ultimate goal is to foster a more inclusive and diverse STEM community that benefits from the full potential of all students.
