摘要

Abstract

In recent years

the rapid development of the hotel industry has brought enormous demand for talents

but the number of hotel management students choosing hotels for employment after graduation is small

and the loss is high. This phenomenon has brought pressure to the hotel industry and schools. To understand the causes of the problem

this paper investigates the employment intention of junior and senior students majoring in hotel management at Hunan University of Arts and Sciences. It is found that the employment intention of the two grades is not high. The main reason for this phenomenon is the low social recognition of the undergraduate level of hotel management; the employer’s understanding of students at this level is not mature; the mode of talent training in Colleges and universities is not transparent.
