Abstract

In order to further understand the mechanism of teacher's professional development

scientifically and rigorous research on the influencing factors of teachers' professional development

Starting from the concept of "three complete education"

this research makes relevant research on improving the professional development of teachers

and accordingly discusses: what are the factors influencing the professional development of music teachers in primary and secondary schools in Hainan Province under the concept of "three complete education"? And how do these factors affect and to what extent affect the professional development of music teachers in primary and secondary schools?
