摘要

Abstract

There are several ways to improve the service quality of university librarians. Firstly

librarians need to understand users' needs and obtain information on users' needs by communicating with them and conducting surveys. Secondly

librarians should provide diversified library services

including book lending

consultation services

document delivery and digital resource services. At the same time

librarians should also strengthen information literacy education for users

so that they can understand how to use various library resources and services

and improve library technology and master new technologies and methods to provide better services to users. Finally

administrators should also actively expand library resources to meet the needs of users. To sum up

to improve the quality of service

university librarians need to consider user needs

library services

information literacy education

technology level and resource expansion.
