Abstract

In the information age

big data can enable the innovative practice of career planning courses in colleges and universities. In this regard

colleges and universities should follow the principle of interactivity and individuation

use data analysis tools to promote the individualized design of course content

use predictive models to promote the timely adjustment of students' career development plans

and use online platforms to promote resource sharing and information interaction

so as to effectively use big data to empower the practice and innovation of career planning courses.
