Abstract

In recent years

against the backdrop of relevant policies and systems introduced by the Party and the state

family education has garnered widespread societal attention

particularly regarding the influence of parental parenting styles. However

the impact of family upbringing is multifaceted. This paper focuses on undergraduate students enrolled in Jiangsu universities

employing a questionnaire survey to explore the correlation between college students' self-confidence levels and their parents' parenting styles. The findings aim to better guide parents in adopting appropriate family upbringing methods

thereby further enhancing students' self-confidence levels.
