Abstract

This article is a brief description of the knowledge of

Principles of Management

followed by a study of the problems of management majors in the undergraduate program. Finally

in order to highlight the educational function of the "Ideological and Political Element"

the university has adapted the teaching theory

teaching design

content and assessment methods of the course in order to achieve the effect of "ideological and political education" in the classroom

thus helping students to establish a correct "three views" and cultivating applied management professionals with a sense of mission and responsibility.
