摘要

Abstract

With the development of the construction of colleges and universities

the access and amount of research funds are increasing. The fund revenue and expenditure management system has not yet adapted to the changes of the new situation

resulting in problems such as easy abortion and waste of funds in scientific research projects in colleges and universities. In view of the practical difficulties

strict project approval is required. Strengthen the supervision in the use of funds. According to the use of funds

establishing appropriate reward and punishment mechanism and increasing researchers’ attention to funds can effectively solve the above universal problems. This is the only way to improve the management system of scientific research funds in colleges and universities

which is of great significance to the further development of scientific research work in colleges and universities.
