摘要

Abstract

In order to adapt to the transformation and development of China's modern economic system in the new era

the modernization of China's higher education colleges and universities determines the modernization of China's higher education system and industrial structure. The training of product design talents will become an important development driving force for the transformation and upgrading of Chinese enterprises. The determination of training objectives and the quality of talent training have been the key issues of China's education reform. The new curriculum system based on OBE curriculum concept

oriented to drive employment and meet the development needs of enterprises

focuses on the quality requirements of enterprise occupational positions

carries out innovative changes in the curriculum system from the perspective of focusing on efficiency and results

and explores the important ideas of cultivating core qualities of advanced management technical skill talents in enterprises in the new era.
