摘要

Abstract

With the continuous development of higher education and the changing needs of society

the traditional management system of higher education has gradually revealed many problems

especially in improving education quality

resource allocation

academic freedom

and other aspects of the constraints. Based on the current situation and challenges of the education management system in colleges and universities

this paper discusses the theoretical basis and core objectives of reforming the education management system. It puts forward the innovative path of reform

particularly in administrative management

teaching management

scientific research management

academic freedom

and other specific reform measures. Therefore

this paper aims to provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the future reform of the higher education management system to promote the innovation and development of our country's higher education management system.
