This study aims to address issues such as asynchronous breathing and movement

cultural understanding bias

etc. in the teaching of janggu in universities. A three-dimensional collaborative model of "breathing rhythm movement" is constructed

and its teaching effectiveness is verified through a quasi teaching design. The study selected dance majors from the 2023 and 2024 classes at Zhejiang Yuexiu Foreign Language Institute as the subjects and conducted a 16 week comparative analysis. Research innovation proposes using the entropy value of breathing rhythm as a quantitative indicator of "qi rhyme"

and finds that it is significantly positively correlated with the fluency of movements. The research results provide a replicable innovative model for dance prop teaching

verifying the dual value of breathing choreography in technical improvement and cultural inheritance.
