As China’s quality education continues to advance deeper and deeper

the teaching forms and educational concepts of physical education majors in colleges and universities have received more and more attention. There is a gap between the teaching work of physical education majors and the teaching of general physical education classes. The teaching content of physical education majors is more professional

and students have higher physical education and sports skills

so the teaching work should be more diversified

and in addition to the basic training and skill teaching

there should be a breakthrough from the athletes to the psychological level. Based on this

this paper explores the strategies around the use of sports psychology in college sports majors

in order to provide some help and reference for college physical education workers.
