摘要

Abstract

The OBE teaching philosophy seeks to transform the existing teaching and learning management model. The traditional “teacher-centered” model of education has been transformed into a “student-centered” model of instructional management. This change is significant in that it provides educators with higher quality teaching and learning. The OBE concept requires universities to carry out further curriculum reform and innovation according to the characteristics of different teaching. The reform of teaching and learning in colleges and universities must be in line with international standards

so that higher education talents can face more challenges.
