摘要

Abstract

With the enhancing of "the Belt and Road Initiative" proposal

Chinese construction industry is facing new opportunities and challenges. The increasing investment on oversea projects promotes the booming of construction market. But the complex working environment and high requirement makes the employees face predicament in oversea construction industry. Therefore

our education system should take effective methods to improve graduates' international competence. Vocational education plays important role in this part and the creative methods

such as cooperative education of college and companies

collaboration of teaching methods and materials both in China and abroad and combination of normal education and specific training should be taken to improve students' international competence.
