摘要

Abstract

This study focuses on how teachers affect middle school students' motivation when they give positive feedback. At the same time

it analyzes the role that self-efficacy plays in it. The sample was 720 junior high school students

and the data used were the results of a valid questionnaire.The study employed group administration

questionnaire surveys

and analysis of variance. Structural equation modeling was applied in the data analysis and mediating effects were tested by Bootstrap method. The results showed that positive feedback from teachers can enhance students' academic performance as well as their participation in the classroom. At the same time

this feedback helps to enhance students' self-efficacy and further motivate them to learn.
