摘要

Abstract

Team learning method refers to a learning mode based on a team

aiming at solving problems and focus on the process of problem solving. In order to adapt to the current development of medical education and the transformation of the training of professional talents

and improve the comprehensive quality of students

teachers should actively combine the team learning method with online teaching

apply the online team learning method to the teaching of "hospital management"

and promote the continuous improvement of teaching efficiency.
