摘要

Abstract

Although under China's current constitutional framework

the Constitution lacks a constitutional system basis

whether it is a legal basis or a review of unconstitutionality

which does not mean that the Constitution cannot enter the field of judicial adjudication. On the basis of the existing legal system

through the cooperation of the legal logical framework and the judicial application procedures of the relevant constitution

the conclusion that the constitution has judicial applicability is drawn therefrom.
