and need to be overcome one by one. Under the premise of clear identification criteria of algorithmic discrimination

it is imperative to propose feasible legal regulation measures of algorithmic discrimination based on the causes of algorithmic discrimination and the regulatory effect of existing laws

and in combination with the needs of the people. The regulatory strategies proposed by domestic and foreign researchers are summarized through literature analysis and comparative study

on the basis of which a three-tier algorithmic discrimination governance framework is built with a mechanism for preventing algorithmic discrimination beforehand

supervising algorithmic discrimination during the process

and pursuing responsibility for algorithmic discrimination after the process

and proposals are made to set up a specialized algorithmic supervisory body

establish an algorithmic impact assessment mechanism

refine the algorithmic record-keeping system

establish a multifaceted supervisory mechanism

and set up a statutory procedure to facilitate class action lawsuits. These recommendations will help enrich and improve the details of legal regulation of algorithmic discrimination in China and fill the gaps in the existing laws.
