摘要

Abstract

The three industrial revolutions have changed people's lives.As the fourth industrial revolution

artificial intelligence has been developed for nearly 60 years since it was first proposed .The appearance of sweeping robots

face recognition

fingerprint recognition

intelligent navigation and other artificial intelligence has brought us novel experience

and the way of human production and life has changed a little. The emergence of new things not only brings convenience to human life

but also brings impact to existing laws. In order to better protect and develop artificial intelligence and solve practical problems such as its responsibility in the field of intellectual property rights and infringement

it is very important to clarify the status of artificial intelligence in civil law. Based on the basic theory of artificial intelligence

this paper introduces the concept

characteristics and types of artificial intelligence. Then

it demonstrates that artificial intelligence should not be regarded as the subject of civil law

centering on the constituent elements of the subject of civil law and the solution of the practical situation . Finally

through the analysis of artificial intelligence conforms to the characteristics of the object of civil legal relations

artificial intelligence as the object of legal relations is conducive to the development of artificial intelligence

and confirms the object status of artificial intelligence.
