摘要

Abstract

Foreign investment protection has been a serious concern for China. FIL means a brand new chapter for China to manage foreign investment

which is expected to solve historical issues left and to attract more foreign investment. However

FIL still exist controversial issues

which is not perfect. China should improve and revise FIL based its unique practical experience

and encourage more foreign investors to come to China and promote the rapid development of China's economy.
