Abstract

Live-streaming e-commerce

as an emerging sales model

has rapidly developed in recent years. However

with its popularity

a series of legal issues have also emerged

including product quality

false advertising

and consumer rights protection. Through research and discussion on the legal issues of live-streaming e-commerce

corresponding strategies and recommendations have been proposed. These not only provide references for relevant enterprises and practitioners but also contribute to the improvement of relevant laws and regulations

promoting the healthy development of the industry and safeguarding consumer rights.
