and difficulties in copyright protection. Drawing on domestic and international case studies

it proposes strategies in three areas: technological integration and innovation (popularization of digital tools

talent cultivation and recruitment (tiered training systems

school-enterprise collaboration)

and cross-industry integration (cultural tourism and education

animation and film IP development). The aim is to establish a digital and intelligent ecological closed loop encompassing "creation-dissemination-operation

" promoting sustainable development while upholding the artistic authenticity of traditional folk art

and providing practical references for its modern transformation.
