Abstract

In cross-cultural communication

effective English language interaction serves as the core mechanism for fostering understanding

resolving conflicts

and advancing collaboration. It helps dismantle barriers

build trust

and empower individuals and organizations to gain competitive advantages. Grounded in the fundamental principles of cross-cultural communication

this paper systematically examines the value and significance of effective English language interaction in multicultural contexts. The study proposes three key strategies to enhance communication effectiveness: strengthening linguistic fundamentals and pragmatic competence

cultivating cultural awareness and sensitivity

and leveraging technical empowerment through skill application.
