摘要

Abstract

The concept of green low-carbon development continues to penetrate the field of household product design and manufacturing. Modular furniture has become an important direction for the transformation and upgrading of the furniture industry by virtue of its detachable

reconfigurable and highly reusable product characteristics. Lightweight design is the core path for modular furniture to reduce resource consumption and improve the suitability of use

and the rational application of sustainable materials directly determines the landing quality and ecological value of lightweight design. Based on the core theories of sustainable materials

modular furniture and lightweight design

this paper combs the four core problems of material selection

structural design

material-structure integration and evaluation system in the lightweight design of modular furniture. Relying on the actual production and application scenarios of the industry

this paper puts forward the fine design strategy of landing

quantifiable and replicable

which provides practical reference for the development and iteration of low-carbon furniture products.
