摘要

Abstract

The OBE philosophy holds significant importance in the design of vocal courses for music education majors. By clarifying learning objectives

implementing personalized teaching

practice-oriented approaches

and diversified assessments

the quality of vocal course instruction can be effectively improved. Course design should focus on student learning outcomes

pay attention to individual differences among students

and provide differentiated instruction. It is essential to strengthen practical components to enhance comprehensive application skills and use a comprehensive evaluation mechanism to understand student progress

allowing for timely adjustments to teaching strategies. Such a design approach helps students achieve all-around improvement in both technical and artistic expression.
