摘要

Abstract

Exploring and transforming cultural resources is an important path to stimulate the internal driving force of rural areas and achieve rural revitalization. This article takes Jiuyuan Village in Mentougou District

Beijing as a case

using field investigation and path analysis methods to deeply explore the path of rural revitalization practice based on the core resource of "Ma Zhiyuan Culture" in this village. The research findings show that Jiuyuan Village has achieved the transformation of Yuan Opera cultural symbols into perceptible

experiential

and consumable elements for rural development through a progressive development path involving the refinement of cultural symbols

the re-creation of spatial scenes

the integration of diverse business models

and the reshaping of community entities. It has constructed a development model that is led by culture

supported by space

sustained by business models

and participated by villagers

achieving the coordinated development of rural economy

society

and culture. This provides valuable experience for similar rural areas in exploring local culture

constructing composite business models

and reshaping community communities.
