Classification for adults lacking capacity in China's Civil Law is inappropriate and provisions on the implementation of its legal effect are of no applicability. Thus the rule of incapacitated adults should be abolished in the future Civil Code and the rule of limited civil capacity should be remained. Adults of limited civil capacity can be classified with their remaining level. On the legal effects of the actions of adults with limited civil capacity

unlimited legal actions can be done by themselves; limited legal actions should be supplemented by legal representatives or guardian

otherwise they will be revocable and rights of revocation belong to the adults of limited civil capacity and their legal representatives.
