本文系统梳理了企业漂绿行为的研究现状,聚焦其核心内涵、多维表现形式及测度方法。研究指出,漂绿行为本质是企业通过选择性披露、视觉误导或虚假宣传等手段掩盖环境绩效缺陷的象征性行为,其形式可划分为企业层面与产品层面的漂绿,以及基于语言表述的声称式漂绿与依托非语言符号的执行式漂绿。研究进一步梳理了主客观结合的漂绿测度体系,为识别漂绿行为提供方法论支持。本文为深化漂绿行为的理论认知、完善监管机制及推动企业实质性环境责任实践提供了系统性参考。
