本文提出一种将卷积神经网络与光学成像技术相结合的卷积光学神经网络,用于农产品品质检测。通过搭建光学成像系统、设计卷积光学神经网络模型、研制设备样机,并进行实验验证,结果表明该方法能够快速、准确地检测农产品品质,有效克服传统检测方法效率低、主观性强、对样本有破坏等不足,具有广阔的应用前景。
