摘要

目的

了解并分析海南省某地区维持性血液透析患者失志综合征、健康赋权与自我管理的状况及其相关的影响因素。

方法

对251例MHD患者以失志综合征量表、健康赋权量表、自我管理量表进行问卷调查，用SPSS分析其中的相关性关系。

结果

自我管理、健康赋权均与失志综合征有着负相关关系。

结论

对MHD患者，需要通过多个维度来提高患者的自我管理及健康赋权，以减轻失志综合征的程度或者预防失志综合征的发生。
