深入探讨影响学生学习的关键因素及其作用机制,对理解学业差异、优化教育实践具有重要意义。本文基于教育心理学理论框架,采用文献综述法,系统剖析了影响学生学习的多层面因素。研究从个体内部、人际互动与环境系统三个维度,重点探讨了元认知能力、学习动机、教师期望及家庭环境等核心变量的作用路径。研究发现,上述关键因素并非孤立运作,而是通过“认知-动机-环境”之间的多层次、双向动态交互,共同构成影响学生学习的复杂生态系统。基于此,本文认为有效的教育干预需树立系统生态观,整合多方力量。最后,研究为教师、家长及学校管理者分别提出了具体的实践建议,旨在通过协同优化内部动力、人际支持与外部环境,从而更有效地提升学生的学习效果与整体发展。
