长期护理保险制度（LTCI）是我国正在实施的一项重要福利政策，旨在满足失能人群的医疗与照护需求。然而，LTCI的推行不仅限于医疗保障层面，还对家庭内部关系产生了深远影响，尤其体现在经济支持与代际互动方面。本研究旨在探讨LTCI对中老年家庭代际经济支持的影响，并分析隔代照料在其中的中介作用。研究数据来源于2013年和2018年的中国健康与养老追踪调查（CHARLS），采用双重差分法（Difference-in-Differences， DID）与面板数据固定效应模型，系统评估LTCI实施对代际经济支持的影响及其作用机制。同时，通过缩尾处理和安慰剂检验对结果的稳健性进行验证。研究结果表明，LTCI的实施显著增加了子女对中老年人的经济支持，同时减少了中老年人对子女的经济支持，该效应在中年家庭与老年家庭中表现出差异性。此外，LTCI通过提升中老年人对孙辈的照料投入，进一步促进了子女对中老年人的经济支持。综上，LTCI的实施对未来政策制定和家庭资源配置具有重要启示，亟须加强对隔代照料的政策支持，以为提升生育率提供潜在途径，并进一步扩大LTCI的覆盖与参保范围。
