摘要

Abstract

Agricultural product safety is crucial to human health and social stability. Against the backdrop of agricultural modernization and consumption upgrading

rapid detection technology has become a key support for agricultural product safety control due to its core advantages of short detection cycle

convenient operation

low cost and on-site screening

meeting the dual needs of multi-link prevention and control in the supply chain

grass-roots supervision

consumption and industry. Agricultural product safety risks include chemical

biological and physical pollution

and rapid detection is an important means to identify low-concentration and high-toxicity pollution sources. Current mainstream methods include immunochromatography

spectroscopy (Raman

near-infrared

fluorescence)

electrochemical method

enzyme inhibition method and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)

each adapting to different scenarios with its own advantages and disadvantages. In the future

the technology will develop towards interdisciplinary innovation

multi-index integrated detection

and improved sensitivity and anti-interference ability

promote the portability

intelligence and greenization of equipment

improve the industrial standard system

and build a full-scenario

full-index and full-process detection system to safeguard the quality and safety of agricultural products and the high-quality development of agriculture.
