摘要

Abstract

With the continuous enhancement of government Informatization construction

a large number of different types of government data resources have been produced. Some cities have achieved results in the sharing and application of data resources

especially in the areas of "one network

unified execution" of government services and "one network

unified management" of city operations

which has evidently improved the efficiency and service level of government agencies. Aiming at the problems in the convergence

governance

sharing

and application of government data resources

a government big data resource platform framework (GBDRPF) is proposed

which can effectively integrate various government data resources and produce key indicators for the evaluating efficiency of government big data resource usage. Practice shows that GBDRPF can effectively solve the problem of government data sharing and application.
