Abstract

With the rapid development and wide application of artificial intelligence technology

its role in enterprise management has become increasingly prominent. This paper deeply discusses the influence of artificial intelligence on the decision process of enterprise managers and proposes corresponding countermeasures. By analyzing the advantages of AI in data processing

information acquisition

decision-making thinking and other aspects

this paper reveals how AI helps managers improve decision-making efficiency and accuracy. At the same time

this paper also points out the challenges and risks that may be faced in the application process of artificial intelligence

and puts forward targeted countermeasures

which provides a useful reference for enterprises to effectively use artificial intelligence in practice.
