Along with the continuous development of “robotics engineering” and the implementation of the teaching reform around robotics in universities

“robotics engineering” has developed rapidly and made great progress in the cultivation of professional talents. In the training of professional talents in robotics engineering

the training objectives are proposed to guarantee the effectiveness and rationality of the training of professional talents in robotics engineering in China. Based on this

this paper firstly analyzes the basic needs of “robotics engineering” professionals. Then

the defects of the current stage of “robotics engineering” professional talents training are explained. Finally

the measures that should be taken to improve the training mode of “robotics engineering” talents are analyzed. We hope that our research can be read and considered by the people concerned.
