摘要

Abstract

Over the world's reaction to environmental change

the advancement of carbon finance in China has moved from pilot to public level. This paper conducts an empirical analysis based on panel data from China from 2010 to 2018

in conjunction with the level of carbon finance development in the pilot regions

and uses a fixed-effects model to assess the impact of the level of carbon finance development on carbon intensity

per capita carbon emissions and energy consumption intensity. The findings show that the development of carbon finance significantly reduces regional energy consumption and carbon emissions

and passes the robustness test of the DID model.
