Abstract

In the new era

there are new situations and new development tasks and missions. In order to better meet the practical requirements of various industries for high-quality talents in the context of the new era

in addition to using effective methods to strengthen the cultivation of students' knowledge and skills

colleges and universities should also adopt effective guidance and management measures to implement students' ideological education

and better shape students' ideological quality through the innovative role of ideological education and management. This article analyzes the shortcomings in the innovation of ideological education management in colleges and universities

and briefly expounds the effective strategies for the innovation of ideological education management in colleges and universities for reference.
