摘要

Abstract

Perovskite solar cells (PSCs)

with their high efficiency

low cost

and flexible applications

have emerged as a leading technology in next-generation photovoltaics. Compared to traditional silicon-based solar cells

perovskite materials possess unique advantages

including wide band gaps

low defect densities

and long carrier diffusion lengths

enabling them to excel in light absorption and energy conversion. The production process of PSCs is also simpler and lower in cost

employing solution-based and low-temperature coating technologies

and they can be fabricated into flexible devices

offering a wide range of application scenarios such as portable electronic devices

building-integrated photovoltaic systems

and wearable devices. However

the environmental stability of PSCs is a major barrier hindering their commercialization. Perovskite materials are sensitive to environmental factors such as humidity

oxygen

and temperature

making them prone to hydrolysis

oxidation

and thermal degradation

leading to performance decay and shortened lifespan. To address these issues

researchers are actively developing improvement measures

including applying hydrophobic nano-coatings to enhance moisture resistance

optimizing doping techniques to improve thermal stability and efficiency

and improving thin film fabrication processes to enhance film quality. Future research directions will focus on developing more stable and efficient new perovskite materials

improving coating and encapsulation technologies

optimizing large-scale production processes

conducting large-scale field tests

and assessing environmental and health safety. Despite the challenges that remain

with the continuous optimization of materials and processes

perovskite solar cells are expected to achieve commercialization

providing strong support for global energy transition and sustainable development.
