摘要

Abstract

With the advancement of agricultural modernization

autonomous agricultural robots are playing an increasingly important role in improving agricultural production efficiency

reducing labor costs

and achieving precision agriculture. This article provides an overview of the application of machine learning and navigation algorithms in autonomous agricultural robots

analyzing current research progress

technological challenges

and future development trends. By reviewing relevant literature

this paper explores how machine learning algorithms can assist in intelligent decision-making of agricultural robots

as well as how navigation algorithms can achieve precise positioning and path planning of robots in complex agricultural environments.
