摘要

Abstract

Objective Study on the process optimization and antioxidant activity of ultrasound-assisted extraction of volatile oil from galangal

Method The extraction process was optimized by single-factor analysis and response surface analysis

and the extraction parameters were optimized by single-factor analysis and response surface analysis: the number of herbs

ultrasonic power

ultrasonic time

and the amount of water added by ultrasonic as reference objects

and the extraction rate was used as the evaluation index to optimize the extraction process of volatile oil of galangal; the extracted volatile oil of galangal was tested for antioxidant by DPPHradical solution

and the absorbance was measured by UV spectrophotometer to obtain the clearance rate to observe its antioxidant activity. Results The optimized optimal process is 40 mesh

ultrasonic power 503.05W

ultrasonic time 54.75min and water addition 6.76 times.Ultrasound-assisted can improve the extraction rate of volatile oil from galangal.
