Pickering emulsion is an emulsion stabilized by ultrafine solid nanoparticles instead of traditional emulsifiers developed in the last two decades

with strong stability and high safety. At present

it has a good application prospect in cosmetics

food

medicine

agriculture

petroleum and other fields.
