摘要

Abstract

The deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy has made corporate digital transformation crucial for reshaping competitive barriers. However

in practice

intensive technological capital investment has not led to incremental innovation

with a persistent structural misalignment between technological logic and managerial logic in value chain transmission. This paper primarily explores how digitalization within enterprises can eliminate information asymmetry

accelerate knowledge reorganization

and optimize resource orchestration to drive innovation. Addressing real-world challenges—such as data silos disrupting innovation chains

structural shortages of multidisciplinary talent

and bureaucratic structures hindering agile innovation—this paper advocates breaking through these barriers by: strengthening digital foundations to integrate factors of production

building industry-education talent ecosystems

and advancing organizational flattening.
